Reservations 

Can I book online?

Yes. We offer instant booking for some of our Dolce Vacation home properties with our “Reserve Now” feature. While we don’t offer instant online booking for each property just yet, sending an inquiry online begins a personalized reservation process with one of our agents to ensure the perfect property for you.

How do I confirm my reservation?

In order to confirm your reservation, you will need to make a Reservation Payment. The Reservation Payment is 50% of the total rent, and is not refundable under any circumstance. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Payment through PayPal or bank transfer is also available; please let a member of our Reservation Team know if you would like to pay through either of these alternatives.

How far in advance can I book?

This varies by time of year, but we generally accept reservations up to one year in advance.

When I “Reserve Now,” how long is my property held?

Property will be help upon the receipt of the “Initial Reservation Payment”, which is typically 50%

When I “Reserve Now,” is my booking be confirmed?

Booking is confirmed upon the receipt of the rent balance prior to (15) days before Check-In

Payments & Contracts

Are there any fees associated with these payment methods?

A 3.9% surcharge is added to credit card and PayPal payments, for both the Initial Deposit and for the Rent Balance. Payments made by bank transfer incur no additional charge, except those any transfer fees your bank may require.

Do I have to pay a security deposit, and if so, when do I get it back?

Yes, for all reservations we require a security deposit against potential property damage. Security deposit amounts vary by property. Upon check in, a Dolce Vacation representative will collect your credit card information and place a temporary hold on the card. This hold is removed after check out, provided all is in good conditions.
